Somato Respiratory Integration, (SRI), based on the Twelve Stages of Healing by Dr. Donald Epstein, is a series of 12 exercises (breath, focus, awareness, consciousness) that consistently reverses the process of defense physiology, spinal distortions, and disconnection that hinders the expression of life.
